Janey from Lake Stevens, WA | March 9, 2014 We looked online for weeks to find a car that would fit our needs and found what looked to be too good a deal to be true at Autoplex Motors. I'm not crazy about the whole salesman/pressure/car buying experiences I've had in the past, so was pleasantly surprised to find a more low key atmosphere at this dealership. The salesman we had was Vinny, and for a young man seemed to have a lot of knowledge about cars. The car turned out to be everything we had hoped for except for a couple of dents on the body. We were able to come to an agreement on the price that we felt was very fair and they fixed the dents so the car looks great. When we were waiting for the repairs to get done Vinny discovered the gas gauge didn't change after he put gas in the tank so had it checked out and the dealership ended up replacing the fuel gauge sensor at no charge to us. I feel like they really went above and beyond our expectations for a car dealership. After a week of driving the car the "time for service" light came on and as a precaution I took it to my mechanic to have it checked out. He went over it top to bottom and congratulated us on finding such a great used car. He said it was in great condition and had been very well maintained. I couldn't be happier with the purchase of this car from Vinny at Autoplex and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone shopping for a car!! He knew the inventory well and answered all of our questions. His goal was to put us in the car we wanted, not to just make a sale. Autoplex Motors happened to be the first car lot we visited and after spending a whole afternoon visiting other dealers, we ended up coming back.
